Returns Policy

📮 Lost or Damaged Parcels

 

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact our Customer Support Team and the courier within 5 business days of the delivery date so we can open an investigation.

 

Once confirmed by the courier, we will replace any lost or damaged items with either:

 

A replacement of your original order, or

 

A full store credit.

 

Please note: Refunds are not available for lost parcels.

 

🚚 Rescheduling & Delivery Issues

 

Tracking: Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number. Please monitor your order’s progress and contact the courier directly for rescheduling or delivery concerns.

 

Missed Deliveries: If multiple delivery attempts fail, the courier may destroy the parcel. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible in such cases.

 

Unaccepted Deliveries: Refusing a delivery results in the parcel being treated as lost or destroyed. To arrange a return, please accept the parcel and follow our return process.

 

Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. After dispatch, we cannot update addresses. If undeliverable, the courier may destroy the parcel, and we cannot issue refunds or cancellations.
